2.1 Health and Wellness Data
With your explicit permission, the App may access health data from Apple HealthKit, including but not limited to: heart rate, sleep patterns, activity levels, and other wellness metrics. We do not store your HealthKit data on external servers — it remains on your device and is processed locally.
2.2 Content You Create
Information you input within the App, such as mood entries, journal notes, chat messages with the AI assistant, and wellness goals. This content is stored locally on your device.
2.3 App Performance Data
We collect minimal technical data to ensure the App functions correctly, including crash reports, error logs, and basic device information (device model, iOS version). This data is anonymized and used solely for troubleshooting and improving app stability.
2.4 Subscription Information
Payment processing for subscriptions is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID credentials.
2.5 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect: personal account information (name, email, password) unless you contact us directly; location data; contacts; photos; browsing history; or any data for advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the App’s core wellness features; generate personalized AI recommendations based on your health trends; improve app performance and fix technical issues; and develop new features based on anonymized usage patterns. 4. HealthKit Data
In compliance with Apple’s requirements, we affirm that: HealthKit data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes; HealthKit data is not sold to third parties including advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers; HealthKit data is not shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to improving your health or wellness; and HealthKit data accessed by the App is used solely to provide wellness features directly to you.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances: with service providers who assist in app operations (under strict confidentiality agreements); when required by law or legal process; to protect our rights, safety, or property; or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition (with prior notice to users). The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.
